Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant
Add broccoli florets and bell pepper slices
Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften but are still crisp
Add cashews and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until cashews are lightly toasted
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil
Pour this sauce mixture over the stir-fry
Stir well to coat all the ingredients with the sauce
Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Remove from heat and serve hot
