Stir-Fried Broccoli with Bell Peppers and Cashews



This is a quick and tasty stir-fry recipe that has cashew nuttiness, bell pepper sweetness, and broccoli crunch all combined in a flavorful sauce. Ideal for a filling and healthful dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat

Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant

Add broccoli florets and bell pepper slices

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften but are still crisp

Add cashews and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until cashews are lightly toasted

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil

Pour this sauce mixture over the stir-fry

Stir well to coat all the ingredients with the sauce

Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Remove from heat and serve hot

Frothy Espresso Coffee



You don't need a coffee maker to make a rich, foamy espresso coffee at home. It's easy and quick to make this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tbsp espresso coffee powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk

Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil

Mix the 4 tablespoons of espresso coffee powder well into the hot water

After two minutes of simmering, add four tablespoons of sugar and stir until it's all mixed in

Put the coffee and 4 tablespoons of milk into a blender

For one minute, blend on high until it foams up

Pour into cups and enjoy your coffee with foam!

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Frosting



These moist and flavorful pumpkin spice cupcakes are the perfect treat for any autumn occasion. Topped with creamy and tangy cream cheese frosting, they're sure to be a crowd-pleaser. The warm spices and pumpkin flavor make them a fall favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Mix the salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl with a whisk

Put away

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Add the vanilla extract and pumpkin puree from a can and mix well

Slowly add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the wet ingredients, starting with the dry ingredients and ending with the buttermilk

Don't mix any further than that

Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter

In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let the cupcakes cool for a few minutes in the pan, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Melt the cream cheese and butter together

Then, beat them together until the frosting is smooth and creamy

Then, add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and beat until everything is well mixed and fluffy

Use a piping bag or a spatula to frost the cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting once they are completely cool

If you want to add more flavor and look nice, you can sprinkle some ground cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top

Bacon Salt

  • 10 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Place the bacon strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until they become crispy
